Exchange Policy

  1. We have a 5-day Exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a Exchange in case of size up and down.
  2. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and video of unpackaging.
  3. In case of any doubts regarding material, size, customizations, delivery etc, you can approach us with your abundant questions over whatsApp, we try to simplify the process by answering all of them personally to clear and to provide hassle free experience and eradicating doubts for exchange.
  • To start a exchange, please contact our team within 5 days of delivery with the following information:

Specify the reason for return and in case of a incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the exchange product shortly after recieving.
  • You can always contact us for any return questions at chinarkari@gmail.com or at +91 8905216727 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
  • We will not exchange/return any item that we were not notified about.
